HOW TO HOST A SCREENING REQUIREMENTS:_ A public venue - or you home - with capability of projecting the film digitally (DVD). Screening facilities are available on campuses, in churches, libraries, corporate buildings and hotel conference room. You'll also need to do outreach to attract an audience for the screening. For a home screening, you'll only need friends or family. SOME SIMPLE IDEAS TO HOST A SUCCESSFUL EVENT: 1. Notify your group: We will give you the basic materials to download and we will contact local newspapers, radio stations, community bulletin boards and more with your dates and info, and we encourage you to do the same. One Peace at a Time is in national release (also with the support of the ONE Campaign), so your local screening is a newsworthy event. 2. Spread the word through your ONE chapter, a Facebook invite, email lists, local websites, general p.r. and a lot of word of mouth. We provide poster art for use on campus and around town. 3. Volunteers: Spread the work around. It's a group event, and a group celebration of ways each of us can become more engaged with the world. 4.
